A Northern Michigan Beach Engagement Session Filled With Meaning

I had the best time with Wyatt, Alicia, and their sweet pup, Timber. Alicia reached out to me after I photographed one of her best friend’s engagement sessions. From the very beginning, I knew this connection would be something special. Getting to celebrate with both of them and continue that journey into their wedding day is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I’m so thankful they trusted me with this season of their story.

For Wyatt and Alicia’s engagement session, we spent the evening along the shores of Lake Michigan for a Northern Michigan beach engagement session that felt relaxed, meaningful, and completely true to them. This stretch of shoreline is one of my favorite places for engagement photos. The soft sand, gentle water, and open views create a calm, natural setting. It’s the kind of place that allows couples to simply be together.

From the start, this session felt easy. Wyatt and Alicia were comfortable together, and their connection showed in every moment.
